Will my previous orders or downloads be carried over to this new website?
Yes! All your previous orders and downloads will be carried over to the new site. Once you’ve set up your account, you’ll need to fill out a quick form to claim your past purchases. After that, your files will be accessible in your account’s Downloads section—no need to repurchase anything!

I’m only seeing sky when I load into Keedlestone, how do I fix this?
Make sure you’ve downloaded and installed all the required files, including dependencies, which can be found on the Keedlestone 1.8 download page in the Downloads section of your profile.
I can’t find the map in the drop down menu when I load up OMSI
Double check the map folder is in the correct directory.
Don’t try to load previous situation as it won’t appear there as you’ve never played it before.
Click “Load map without buses” and the map should now appear there.
Can I request a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available for downloadable content. Since files are immediately accessible and can be stored on your device, we are unable to revoke access once the purchase is complete.
