Yes! All your previous orders and downloads will be carried over to the new site. Once you’ve set up your account, you’ll need to fill out a quick form to claim your past purchases. After that, your files will be accessible in your account’s Downloads section—no need to repurchase anything!

With our switch to WooCommerce, you now have more payment options! In addition to standard credit and debit card transactions, you can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay (GPay), and PayPal. All credit and debit card payments will continue to be securely processed through Stripe.  

To ensure you get the best value for your money, your purchase of Keedlestone includes all future updates and patches at no extra cost. This also covers any additional patches needed to fix bugs that could impact gameplay and require immediate attention.

Version 1.9 is a major release, packed with features that users will truly appreciate. Make sure you’ve downloaded and installed all the required files, including dependencies, which can be found on the Keedlestone 1.8 download page in the Downloads section of your profile.  

Double check the map folder is in the correct directory.

Don’t try to load previous situation as it won’t appear there as you’ve never played it before.

Click “Load map without buses” and the map should now appear there. 

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for downloadable content. Since files are immediately accessible and can be stored on your device, we are unable to revoke access once the purchase is complete. However, if you experience any issues with your download, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!
