Refunds depend on a few things:

Refunds for downloadable content (Digital content): Refunds on this type of content are not eligible for refunds since files are immediately accessible and can be stored on your device, we are unable to revoke access once the purchase is complete. However, if you experience any issues with your download, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!

Refunds on physical products: You can receive a 100% refund on any physical products bought through our store. We will provide you with return postage and upon receiving your order, you will receive the total amount originally paid providing every item is accounted for.

Refunds on physical products that also have access to a digital download or files (In the case of the USB editions): You can receive a partial refund on these products bought through our store. We will provide you with the return postage and upon receiving your order with all items accounted for, we will issue a partial refund. Which is the price you paid for the product minus the cost of the digital edition (at the time your return has been processed).

With our switch to WooCommerce, you now have more payment options than ever! In addition to standard credt and debit card transactions, you can also use ApplePay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

All credit and debit card payments will continue to be securely processed through Stripe.

Double check you’ve installed the map into the correct directory.

Don’t try to load previous situation as it won’t appear there since you haven’t played it before.

Click “Load map without buses” and the map should now appear.

Make sure you’ve downloaded and installed the required files, they can be found in the downloads section of your profile (Button located at the top right of the website)

Please note that the logos and branding used in the repaints for Keedlestone 1.9 are propety of Myles, made for Keedlestone. As such, they cannot be used elsewhere. However, we will be creating a branding pack for fan repaints and you’ll be able to repaint and release you’re own versions. If you think we’d love your work, feel free to share it with us on Discord!

Yes! All your previous orders and downloads will be carried over to this new site. We are in the process of importing everyone’s orders so don’t worry! They will be available for when any updates get released.

Your purchase includes all future updates and patches at no extra cost. There are two developers who have worked hard on Keedlestone since v1.8. This cost also covers any additional patches needed to fix bugs that could impact gameplay and require immediate attention.

Version 1.9 is a major release, packed with features that users will truly appreciate. Highlights include detailed timetables, duty cards that adhere to real-world driving hour regulations (with options for full-time and part-time shifts, breaks, and more), updated route maps, vastly improved repaints, and extensive documentation.
